About

I am an assistant professor (Maître de conférences) in economics at the Université Rouen Normandie, affiliated with LERN.

My research sits at the intersection of labor economics, applied microeconomics, and public economics, with a focus on discrimination, gender inequality, and meritocracy.

I hold a PhD in Economics from Aix-Marseille School of Economics (2018, dir. O. Bargain), a Master from Paris School of Economics (PPD), and a Master in Management from ESCP Europe (Programme Grande École). Before joining Rouen, I was a postdoctoral researcher at OFCE–Sciences Po and at DREES (French Ministry of Health).
